Taking Accountability 🪬🖤

Welcome, In this episode I speak on “taking accountability” what that looks and how you shouldn’t allow anyone back into your experience after they’ve wronged you and haven’t taken the responsibility and accountability. Life is too short to have to wonder if the people around you truly see you and value you for the person that you are, which is why I encourage you to slow down and reassess the relationships that you do have in your life, but most importantly reassess the relationship you have with yourself and how you show up for yourself. Hey no one‘s perfect and I’m not saying that you are nor that you have to be, but you are worthy of having people around you who reciprocate the energy that you give to them because you are a dope ass individual and your energy is so pure and magnetic so you’re going to attract people who want to be in that energy but don’t know how to reciprocate it and when that happens, do you have to make that active decision to protect yourself and your energy? TRIGGER WARNING: I also bring up the Jane Doe and the Cornell University case, let’s be respectful, but also let’s shine light on this situation that is happening every day to women and young girls, although it may be uncomfortable to speak on or even to acknowledge that this is happening we have to move through that discomfort and inform our younger girls and create spaces where it is safe to speak up when we don’t feel safe.
