Often, their loved one was in the hospital and the family was told to ”find a facility by noon tomorrow.” Nearly every family had NO idea what their loved one already had in place for a plan, what their resources or insurance was, if they had their medical/financial directives in place, and they had NO idea what to look for and ask about during the tour.
