Taking Command with Captain Tom: Building a Culture of Cooperation

At age 60, Tom got a job at a shipyard in Panama City, Florida after completing a 5000 mile sailing journey that started in California. He quickly acclimated to the business and got promoted. The company culture was not team based, it was as if the different departments were competing with each other and didn't know they all had the same goal. Using his recently acquired personal development skills he was able to get the teams to work together and build a culture of cooperation in the company.
