At age 35, his co-worker and other people thought he was nuts to walk away from a "great job" as a lineman for a Seattle area power company.  It was a good union job with a good income, great benefits and tremendous job security. But after a divorce, Tom took stock of his career and life.  He wasn't sure what he wanted to do but knew only "Not This!"  With an uncertain future he returned to Southern California to live with his parents until he could figure it out.  His decision back then led to work he could have never imagined possible.
