Jerome Holleran Professor of Business Ethics and Social Responsibility, and Professor of Operations Research, at Carnegie Mellon University, author of Taking Ethics Seriously: Why Ethics Is an Essential Tool for the Modern Workplace. Dr. Hooker discussed common ethical dilemmas that occur in workplace environments, and how employers and employees should react. He explained how the advent of social media and the #MeToo movement has affected ethical decisions in the workplace. He listed factors than an employee should weigh before risking their job by blowing the whistle on misconduct.
