Why is it so hard to take time off as a run coach, EVEN when you're having a baby?On this episode of the Runner Rising podcast, full time coach Montana DePasquale shares how she's preparing to take time off after having her twins this June, without impacting her clients or reducing her income. Since we started working together in January, she's INCREASED her income during her twin pregnancy by both increasing her strength program launch revenue by 33% and bringing on new clients, even while in the 3rd trimester. She has been incredibly intentional about making sure that her clients are well taken care of, have the information they need and that she prioritizes her mental health this time. In this episode we talk about the realities of taking time off while being self employed - including guilt, pressure, postpartum depression and more.
