Taking more risks

What does living life to the fullest mean to you? I am almost convinced  that the choices we don't make have more of an effect on us than the choices we do make. What we don't say, don't do can prevent you from having a fulfilling life. Life is about being in the moment. What are you not doing that something inside you is prompting you to do?
