Taking Refuge in the Lord

Suffering can leave people panicked, isolated, or carrying regret over their own choices. Psalm 31 gives that pain an honest voice before the God who sees distress, hears cries for help, and holds every life in His hands. Jesus entered this sorrow and committed His spirit to the Father, then was forsaken so His people never will be.
