Taking Responsibility for Feelings in Conflict

On Episode 21 Trey and Lauren break down two recent conflicts that existed solely in their minds. They discuss finding their way back to one another and the importance of taking responsibility for their personal feelings.  Lauren stumbled into an old porn wound last week and Trey shares how the tone of her question made him feel judged and threatened.
