Guardian Holdings relisted on the Jamaica Stock Exchange three weeks ago, but Jamaican investors have been having a hard time getting their hands on the company’s shares.  Well, Guardian’s parent company, NCB Global Holdings, is now freeing up 2 million shares in Guardian.  They’ve issued a prospectus inviting investors to purchase at 795 Jamaican dollars each.
