Taking the Good From the Bad

from The Endzone Club Podcast · host Anthony Mitchell Jr

🎙️ Podcast Episode: Taking the Good from the Bad 🎙️ Welcome back to The Endzone Club Podcast. Today’s episode is called “Taking the Good from the Bad.” We’ve all walked through seasons that were uncomfortable, unfair, or even painful. Times where it felt like everything was stacked against us, and the only question we could ask was “Why me?” But here’s the truth: bad seasons are not wasted seasons—unless we let them be. Sometimes the setback is the very thing that sharpens us. Sometimes the disappointment is what grows our discipline. And sometimes the closed door is the redirect that points us to the right one. The challenge is to shift our perspective—to stop only seeing what went wrong, and start asking, “What did I gain?” Maybe you gained wisdom. Maybe you gained resilience. Maybe you gained the clarity you needed to prepare you for the next level of elevation. Scripture reminds us in Romans 8:28 that “All things work together for good to them that love God, to them who are the called according to His purpose.” Not some things. All things. That means even the bad chapters are producing something good in the story. So, here’s the encouragement: Don’t despise the bad season. Mine it for the gold. Find the lesson. Take the good and use it as fuel. When you come out of it, don’t just come out tired—come out stronger, wiser, and ready for what’s next. Because the bad doesn’t have the last word. The breakthrough does. The blessing does. And when you can take the good from the bad, you’ll see that every valley was really just training ground for your mountain. 💡 Takeaway for today: Your next elevation requires your last frustration. Don’t waste it. Take it. Use it. Grow from it.Become a supporter of this podcast: https://www.spreaker.com/podcast/the-endzone-club-podcast--5762535/support.🎙️ The Endzone Club PodcastThank you for tuning in!
