Taking the Leap with Mo Misra, Founder of BoardsbyMo

Monisha has always loved entertaining and being able to provide creative food art. So when the opportunity presented itself to create a charcuterie styling business, she jumped on it! BoardsbyMo started as a side hustle, and grew to her full time career shortly after. While growing BoardsbyMo, Monisha has taught over 1,000 entrepreneurs worldwide how to start their own charcuterie catering businesses through her business courses. She was named a 2021 Boston Business Journal 40 Under 40 Winner, and a Harvard Business School ManageMentor. During our conversation she shared some of the challenges she's encountered while building her business and does the same on social media.  She also opened up about social media, saying that she likes it and sees it's place but also needs to build her business in a way that if social media went away tomorrow, she and her business would be ok!   BoardsbyMo
