Fondateur de la Maison Gannac, aujourd’hui co-dirigée avec son fils Adrien, il cultive près de 900 citronniers sur les hauteurs mentonnaises.Leur travail vient d’être salué par deux médailles d’or au Concours Général Agricole. Une reconnaissance pour cette exploitation familiale engagée dans la préservation du citron de Menton, labellisé IGP depuis 2015.Dans cet épisode, Laurent Gannac raconte son parcours, sa passion pour l’agrumiculture et sa vision du goût.
