"Talitha Koum" - Rise Up and Go

A message of encouragement to rise up and go. Life's circumstances are real and very difficult. We face many challenges this side of heaven. We are not called to face them alone and never should. We have Jesus in us if we accept Him as our Savior and that means we have all of His resources. He can give us the strength to rise up and keep going even when we feel like we just can't. God is always with us and we are never alone in or through any of it. He also calls us to have community and find our people so we can support and encourage each other through all of life's ups and downs. We all need a rope with someone holding on to the other end at times and we must be willing to lay down our pride and take the rope at times. We also should be willing to hold the rope for those around us. Pray, encourage, provide for needs, help in any way that seems fit through the storm. We are a village. It's time we answer the nudges of God on our hearts, give Him all our "yeses", and let Him move mightily through us. It's time, more than ever to get up and go.
