Very soon, tickets for this massive event will go on sale, with a number of changes to ReedPOP's operating procedure, doing away with direct-to-customer sale and moving to an online process. ReedPOP's Mike Armstrong - the company's N. America Event Director - joins us to talk about the changes that the company are planning to introduce and also discuss the new online procedure.
