Talkin' Lost Episode 19 - Do No Harm

We're getting closer and closer to the end of the run, and just when I thought we had the best episode of the season so far, we've got another one. Do No Harm, a crucially important episode for a lot of different reasons, but namely that we witness the first major character departure on the show: Boone Carlyle, portrayed by Ian Somerhalder. The episode features around Jack attempting to save his life after his major injuries in the previous episode, while Claire conveniently also goes into labor, which Kate finds herself having to deal with.
