Talkin' Motorbikes with club racer Joshua Scott. He races the big aprillia bike in the socal-based racing clubs CVMA and CRA. His day job is that of an R&D Chef. We're going to discuss those things because I think its awesome how this sport of motorbike racing brings together people from different backgrounds and career paths.
