Talkin' Thrones Episode 3 - Lord Snow

On the latest episode of #talkinthrones, Dom & Pat break down Episode 3 of this tale of Ice & Fire, entitled Lord Snow. Directed by Brian Kirk in the first of three episodes he would direct and written by David Benioff & DB Weiss, the majority of this episode is dedicated to Ned finding his way through the mess of King's Landing, before being reunited with Catelyn who's come to warn him of the Lannister plot. Arya learns that despite her gender she can grow outside of the norms forced upon her; Jon Snow, also our focus character learns to be more of a team player which will of course be apart of many things that he learns on his journey of self discovery, with some help from Tyrion of course; and finally Daenerys discovers that she is pregnant with Khal Drogo's baby, which prompts Jorah Mormont to go on a very suspicious quest. Its an episode filled with growth and maturation, as well as a very strong sense that the old are on their way out and that the new are going to have a very different world to deal with. They also break down the history of the GOT-chaverse, this time talking about the history of the Night's Watch and what their impact on the story is.
