Talkin' Trash • Episode 69

Will, Kajsa and Tim were treated to some real Canadian bacon with special guest Jim Leibel. Jimmy's a huge supporter of Talkin' Trash and once we got to know Jim, we had to have him on. Jim's from Regina, Saskatchewan. He's spent time abroad pursuing his education and he was drafted by Ohio State to play football. He shared his experience, strength and hope with us as he recalled his time getting sober in the great white north. Jim experienced heartache and headache during his career as a "functional alcoholic". Sobriety has given Jim a new lease on life and an appreciation for things he took for granted. We had a few giggles at some Christmas movies and went through the 12 steps of Christmas.
