Since forming in 2001, TV On The Radio have been pushing the boundaries of music. Original members Dave Sitek and Tunde Adebimpe were inspired by Radiohead and released their first demo album, Ok Calculator, in 2002. Two years later and with the addition of Kyp Malone, TVOTR released the critically acclaimed Desperate Youth, Blood Thirsty Babes, an album so full of creativity, experiment and raw emotion that it was hard not to ignore.The band have released 5 studio albums to date and in this episode we’re taking a look at all of them and the new york scene of the noughties.
