In this episode Lee interviews friend and former colleague Christine Cunningham. Christine is the Chief Experience Officer at El Camino Health in the San Fransisco Bay Area. There she is in charge of patient experience, spiritual care and healing arts, interpreter services, volunteer services and the call center.
