Talking DEI with Leadership Consultant Beth Ridley

Leadership expert and consultant Beth Ridley has had an incredible journey since graduating from UVA in '91 with a BA in English literature. With an MBA from Columbia and an MA from Tufts, she built a successful corporate career spanning Asia and South Africa, culminating in 12 years at Northwest Mutual as Vice President of Planning Integration. Transitioning to entrepreneurship, she founded Ridley Consulting Group, focusing on advising corporate leaders on DEI and workforce matters nationwide. Notably, Beth's media presence includes appearances on local morning shows in Milwaukee and hosting the "Brimful Life Pod," providing a platform for CEOs to share their stories.
