Today we have a wonderful conversation with Shanquell Wilson, owner and designer of The Olivia Home Collection, a luxury decorative pillow company.  For many years, Shanquell has been a lover of all things home decor.  As her personal style evolved, she discovered she was not able to find the desired style and quality of decorative pillows for her personal spaces. This lack of availability in the marketplace became the source of designing her own product and creating her business.Through The Olivia Home Collection, she was now able to source and design statement piece pillows that could not be found in everyday box stores. Being new to entrepreneurship, Shanquell is eager to learn all things related to what being an entrepreneur embodies. We get a front row seat to her passion, her journey, her challenges and how she rebounds on the toughest of days.
