Justine went from teaching French in high school to delivering tastings, tours and co-founding the amazing Fife Whisky Festival. In this episode we talk about absolutely everything from the huge role Leith played in the Scotch Whisky Industry, the work Justine putting into her book on the infamous Pattison Brothers and how she came about co-founding the Fife Whisky Festival and all the amazing stories and lessons that she's picked up on the way.
