Dr. Sherylle J. Tan is a developmental psychologist, leadership educator, and coach with over 20 years of experience in higher education, research, and nonprofit consulting. She serves as Director of Internships and Research at the Kravis Leadership Institute at Claremont McKenna College, where her work focuses on leadership education, women's leadership, and work-family issues.
