Launched in February 2023, the Health Care Litigation Tracker is a free digital resource that tracks and analyzes health care litigation in the United States. The tracker contains current health policy litigation cases, with an emphasis on health care access, coverage, affordability, transparency, and equity. Founded in 2007, the O’Neill Institute for National and Global Health Law is a research institute based at Georgetown Law focused on public and private law in health policy analysis. Zachary Baron is a director of the Health Policy and the Law Initiative at the O’Neill Institute. He focuses on providing technical assistance for policymakers and public education on health policy legal issues with an emphasis on access to coverage, affordability, transparency, and equity.
