Imagine retiring after 18 years at your final job and not rememberinbg most of that time. That is the case with Janet Eldred, the wife of Dread (behind-the-scenes phantom of Spanny's podcast), due to her early-stage dementia. As Janet leaves her position as a public library director, Dread (under his seldom-used legal name, Keith Eldred) recently helped her mail a farewell letter that requested conversations such as this, to inform Janet of what has slipped away.
