Talks of abolishing seasonal clock changes are back on the agenda at the European Parliament.The clocks will go back by an hour on the 26th of October, marking the end of daylight saving. It reignited a long-running debate on the practice - with MEPs calling on EU governments to back a law to stop moving clocks back and forth.Sean Kelly, Fine Gael MEP is one of those campaigning to end the bi-annual changes, saying it's a nuisance for everyone.Sean Kelly joined us on The Agenda this morning to talk to us some more about this.
