Ese trabajo antes me gustaba y actualmente no cumple mis expectativas en cuanto a encontrarme a gusto llevándolo a cabo.  Hablamos de Job Crafting: el rediseño de tu puesto de trabajo, algo que podemos poner en práctica para hacer que nuestro trabajo nos guste y de esa forma disfrutar ese tiempo laboral que a veces se hace muy largo, pesado y nos resta la energía que necesitamos para ser más productivos y felices.  Conversamos con M.
