One year on since Kainga Ora began its turnaround plan, and it's now exceeding its saving targets. Tenancy satisfaction is rising, vacancy rates are lower, fewer tenants are in rent arrears, and Kāinga Ora is doing a better job of managing its tenants to support safe, respectful communities.
