Having grown up in California, Tamara was notes that she's always had a huge love for ice cream and that when budgets were tight - her family would actually make their own. This became somewhat of a communal event as huge family dinners would see all members of their local area popping in and out to enjoy times with good desserts and better people. After establishing herself as a professional, she decided on a whim to leave her salaried career and cash out her 401k and open her own ice cream establishment right here in STL!
