Actor, producer, podcaster, mum, wife and juggler of many roles is Tammin Sursok. We are delighted that Tammin joins us this week with tales of her life and successful career which began in Summer Bay, on TV super soap Home and Away.

Tammin talks about the big move to the US and some not-so-glorious days before landing on her feet and, on at least one occassion, on her head. We discover what Tammin is like in the kitchen, who is on her dream dinner party guest list and her brilliant tip for unsticking your frying pan.

Which brings us to the condiment aisle and the not-so-humble pickle. When it comes to burgers are you a pickle lover or a pickle flicker?
