Tangi Utikere: Labour transport spokesperson on Labour's plan to cap public transport fares

Labour's hinting it'll reprioritise Roads of National Significance projects in the Land Transport Fund, if elected this year. It's promising to cap public transport fares at $20 a week in Auckland, Wellington and Christchurch, and $10 everywhere else. It says it'll pay for it from the fund, at $65 million a year.
