I sat down with Emmanuel Chirilean, Executive Director of Tank EdDucates this week. We explore the narrative that there are few good fathers in the African American Culture. He proudly announces this was not his experience and neither does it have to be that of others if we are willing to step up, set the bar high, and be fathers who lead.
