Tapping, also known as the Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT), is a very simple healing tool to help oneself clear mental and emotional blockages that could be keeping them stuck to any degree in life.  Brad's genuine intent to share a couple basic videos on YouTube years ago exploded as people took to his creative and often humorous use of EFT, which led to his now massive online presence, with over 1000 videos and 45 million views.
