Tapping Into Ancestress Wisdom & Healing

Today's Full Moon creates an opportunity to look at the connections we have with our Ancestors and how their story lives on through ours. In this special first episode of season 2 (woot woot!!) we dive deep into inner child healing by tapping into our Ancestresses! The women who came before and carved the way for our soul's journey.  I'm having all the feels for my own grandmother who passed away last year. I had received the news of her passing only minutes before I was about to lead my first sacred circle in the enchanted forest (our retreat centre). Her presence was definitely felt that day with us and there turned out to be an empty seat in the circle right beside mine that no one took. When I sat down to join everyone it became clear that it was for her. A moment I hold dear. My special guest today is Cyndie Kramer! She is an Ancestral Healer, Spiritual Coach & Family Researcher who helps women in midlife discover their soul purpose and personal power by connecting to their ancestresses, so they can finally understand who they are and why they are here, and feel whole, fulfilled, and worthy. With the spiritual support of their ancestors, she empowers women to release the inherited patterns that are holding them back and realize the unique gifts they were born with so they can find the courage and freedom to show up as their true self in their relationships and work, and finally live a life that feels authentic and meaningful. After over 20 years of working in land use planning for local governments, Cyndie was called to follow her personal passion for ancestral exploration and use it to help other women.
