Tapping into my intuitive gift looks different than I expected.

I went into a session expecting a quiet hour of energy work. I came out with a full page of notes. My client hadn't told me anything about what was going on in her life, but by the end, I was confirming things she hadn't said out loud yet. Here's what I've noticed about how it actually comes through for me. First, it's a feeling, a knowing that lands before I can explain why. Then words start popping into my head, then, visuals show up on top of that. That session was the first time all three happened back to back, almost stacked on each other. I want to be honest, I'm still learning the language of my own intuition. But I'm paying attention to it now in a way I never did before.
