President Trump is set to sign his "big, beautiful bill" on Friday after the House passed the legislation in a 218-214 vote, with two Republicans joining Democrats to oppose it. House Minority Leader Hakeem Jeffries stalled the final passage Thursday in a record-setting speech that lasted nearly nine hours.
