Tashara is known to be a community-focused storyteller who gives voices to the voices less.Tashara recently created a tv series called Rooted: tackling black hair and professionalism. She created "Rooted" after a social media post that went viral about how Tashara wore her hair on television. Though she received compliments, it also followed with criticism. Tashara turned the criticism around to be a voice for the black women and men who get criticize daily for their natural black hair in the workplace.Tashara opens up about how she’s able to get through the trials & tribulations in life while speaking for those who need you the most.
