“TASTEFUL FEATHERS"

This week: Jen talks about what she did and didn’t do on Halloween, walking home through peak trick-or-treat-time and wanting to be part of it, missing out on Ethan Hawke answering his door in Brooklyn in his Black Phone costume, and potential psychos driving ice cream trucks that night. In the Patreon version Jen also talks about her 83-year-old dad getting his first iPhone after using a flip-phone for decades, her parents going on a murder mystery train ride event and doing some acting onboard, a theory from a researcher on Elon Musk and Jack Dorsey’s belief that the only way to save humanity is to get us all to Mars, a listener email about dried flowers - tacky or no? And Jen reads posts from the Next Door App written by utterly ridiculous people in her old neighborhood in Los Angeles who are terrified over the crimes of stolen jack-o-lanterns.
