Dr Sivuyile Madikana is an Executive at one of the biggest health insurance companies in Mzansi, with a focus strategy, risk, product development Discovery Health with a cross functional role across strategy, risk, product development. He is Chief of Staff and is a member the Health Risk Executive Committee and  Discovery Group Clinical Executive Committee. An experienced executive with a Bachelor of Medicine and Surgery (Wits, 2012), Master of Business Administration (Wits, 2017) and Master of Public Health (NYU, 2019). Prior to joining Discovery Health, Sivuyile was Chief Commercial Consultant (Head) at First Care Solutions, leading strategy, new business & product and virtual healthcare innovation. He has also worked at the United Nations in their Policy and Governance Division at UN Women in New York. He is passionate about innovation in healthcare and its value in shaping a sustainable healthcare system.
