September 2014, Chesapeake VA PD responded to a single car accident. It took a minute to figure out that 20 year old Trevor Baldwin had not run up onto the curb and hit a tree. He had been shot and the car rolled to its inevitable stop. The City of Chesapeake has a website with ALL cold cases listed. They do it right when it comes to asking for the publics help. Trevor's parents Melinda and Dan work tirelessly to find out who did this to their wonderful son and why.
