Amanda writes: My husband was in the Army for 12 years and at hus last duty station I met this awesome lady who introduced me to another amazing lady and we quickly became the best of friends! As always with Army life the Army moved our one friend away and then my husband got out of the Army and we moved away. We don't get to see each other often now but we talk as much as possible and when we do finally get together, its like no time has passed, so this last time we were together we decided to get matching tattoos, we all got the same one, they say "soul sisters" because we really are soul sisters through and through. We chose to use the dandelion as it is the official flower of the military child and we spent years together raising our military kids to be resilient and adaptable just as we were for each other. We also all have the 3 "whisps" to signify each of us "soul sisters".
