Then we going to the news that the British Judo  federation is following the new IJF rule of not allowing chokes for  people over 60 years old in tournament competition. We then talk about  the Anthony's experience with exploring a video he found about  "Defensive BJJ" after trying it out at BJJ and Judo practice.
