Tate Brothers Indicted in Romania | Miami News

Andrew and Tristan Tate have been indicted in Romania on shocking charges involving the sexual exploitation of a 15-year-old girl — Andrew accused of trafficking and repeated sexual acts with a minor, Tristan of complicity in trafficking and physical assault. Prosecutors allege he manipulated her into producing porn for profit, then shipped her to Romania, while Tristan allegedly managed her accounts, collected earnings, and threatened witnesses. Both also face money laundering accusations via luxury car purchases. As they battle extradition to the UK over separate rape charges, their legal teams vow innocence while fighting to stay in Miami.
