Tatiana Dorsey

Tatiana Dorsey graduated from North Carolina Agricultural & Technical State University in 2011 with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology. She later completed her Master of Science Degree in Human Resources Management graduating, from Nova Southeastern University in 2014. Currently residing in The Greater Atlanta Area, Tatiana is a Diversity & Inclusion leader in the Consumer Goods Industry. She is dedicated to creating inclusive and equitable working environments where employees feel welcomed and bring their "whole selves" to work and having the opportunity to grow, contribute, and develop. She continues her commitment to serving her community within her ownership and operation of The LadyBUGS, a 501c (3) mentoring organization with a mission to Build, Uplift, and Guide our Sisters. Her organization is committed to ensuring every girl is empowered, specifically targeting those of marginalized groups. Personally, Tatiana is married to her college sweetheart, Donald Dorsey.
