Panelists have special expertise on New York City's campaign finance law and on raising campaign money for incumbents and challengers. They are Dale C. Christensen, Jr., Vice-Chairman, Campaign Finance Board; William T. Cunningham, Former Director of Communications, Office of the Mayor; and Christine Quinn, Speaker, New York City Council. The event took place on October 12, 2006 at Newman Conference Center, moderated by Peter F. Vallone, Sr., Former Speaker, New York City Council, with open remarks from David Birdsell, Dean, School of Public Affairs.
