I'm Joey Rockenstein, a.k.a. "Bitter Party of 1," the leader of the server revolution and the host of The Bitter Bistro. I've worked in the service industry for 15 years and I know one thing is for certain... you never know what to expect when you work in the service industry. This show is "Inside the Actor's Studio," but for servers and bartenders. I am taking the the power away from customers, and putting it back where it belongs, with the FOH staff. It doesn't get any BITTER than this! They say one is the loneliest number, except when it's me bitching about what has been going on over the last week at my job.
