Good morning, good afternoon, good evening! Welcome to another episode of the Blacksmith's furnace with your boys Rob, Pete and Mo! This week's episode was especially fun as we had a very special guest in the "metaphorical building". Shawn Woods is a trainee priest in the church of England who's friends with Mo and who's been a longtime listener of the pod. It was a real pleasure having him on and as if that wasn't enough Shawn was even bold enough to take a turn in the hot seat dealing with questions on if sinning after fasting cancels it out (of course this was Robert's question), why God didn't speak a boat into existence instead of having Noah spend years building one, and how he would deal with a couple that wanted to get married but weren't as mature or as rooted in their faith. After absolutely holding his own in the hot seat Shawn fired back with a question of his own to the furnace, leading us to discuss if the world would be a better place if everyone could read everyone else's mind. Following a very interesting Sorry not sorry we then go on to talk about the recent controversy surrounding marriage and relationship Guru Derrick Jaxn who recently came forward confession some infidelity in his own marriage. We talk about celebrity culture and the dangers of placing people on pedestals.
