This throwback episode this was taken from a conversation from me and fellow wrestling coach and creative. I alluded to the concept of a bird and its nest, and if you try to enable and help the baby bird before it hatches, you could cripple or kill it. Likewise if you allow it to chip away everyday and absorb all the nutrients and strength it needs it will break out of its own shell into the world. This is relatable to our lives, career, coaching or creative work. If we allow everyone to bust us out of own shell, we may not be ready for what life gives us-good or bad. Brewing some inspiration for your week! Coffee I'm drinking on in this episode is from Elevate Coffee Trading, based in the Dallas, TX area.
