Likewise if you allow it to chip away everyday and absorb all the nutrients and strength it needs it will break out of its own shell into the world. This is relatable to our lives, career, coaching or creative work. If we allow everyone to bust us out of own shell, we may not be ready for what life gives us-good or bad.
